The summer 5K time trial is back! Test your speed, get in a little friendly competition, and have a crack at your 5K PB. We'll be running 5 seperate waves between 6 and 9 pm on Wednesday, 21 June. Please find them below:
Wave 1 - 6:15 - 6:55 PM: 30 minutes - 40 minutes
Wave 2 - 7:00 - 7:30 PM: 25 minutes - 30 minutes
Wave 3 - 7:35 - 8:00 PM: 23 minutes - 25 minutes
Wave 4 - 8:05 - 8:30 PM: 20 minutes - 23 minutes
