LCR Lake District Training Weekend
Join us for another fantastic weekend of training in the Lake District! Whether you just want to escape to the mountains, or prep for a trail race later in the year, this is for you. Suitable for beginner to advanced trail runners.

ABOUT THE EVENT
We are delighted to offer you another fun-filled weekend of trail running in the Lake District! We'll be looked after by Holly and Ivan of H2 Run Coaching, and operators of the LakeSide House in Keswick. This fabulous B&B will be our home for the weekend, and Holly and Ivan will be there to guide us from the moment we get off the train, until the moment we get back on it. So all you'll need to do is book your transport to Penrith, and then kick back and relax!
We'll have five runs in the plan over the weekend, but it's up to you how many you would like to partake in. They include England's hilliest parkrun, and more gorgeous fells and viewpoints than you could wish for! This weekend is suitable for a wide range of abilities -- any queries about suitability should be directed to Holly and Ivan at enquiries@lakesidehouse.co.uk.
PRICES:
Twin/double rooms are £499 per person. Single room is £525. A double for single occupancy is £700.
This will include:
- 3 nights DBB at LakeSide House (group dinners included)
- Pick-up / drop off from Penrith Station (Friday - arrive 5 pm, Monday - depart 1 pm)
- Transport by minibus to run locations over the weekend
- Friday evening - short welcome run
- Saturday - Parkrun, followed by afternoon run around 15K
- Sunday - long run, around 25K
- Monday - early easy run
Recommended trains to assist with logistics for arrival / departure will be provided at a later date.
