KMF Race Weekend

This is an excellent chance to try your hand at trail racing (whether serious or just for fun)! The popular Keswick Mountain Festival offers the opportunity to race 5K, 10K, 25K or 50K through the spectacular fells around Keswick.

We'll be looked after by Holly and Ivan of H2 Run Coaching, and operators of the LakeSide House in Keswick. This fabulous B&B will be our home for the weekend, and Holly and Ivan will be there to guide us from the moment we get off the train, until the moment we get back on it. So all you'll need to do is book your transport to Penrith and your chosen race distance, then kick back and relax!

PRICES:

Twin/double rooms are £280 per person. A double room for single occupancy is £465.

This will include:

• 2 nights DBB at LakeSide House (group dinners included)
• Pick-up / drop off from Penrith Station (Friday - arrive 5 pm, Sunday - depart 1 pm)
• Short run Friday evening, including recce of the first 2K of race
• Saturday - pre-race and on-course support
• Sunday easy run

Recommended trains to assist with logistics for arrival / departure will be provided at a later date.

Accommodation in Keswick is normally very expensive for this race, so this is an incredible deal for the whole weekend! Please note that this weekend is only offered as an LCR exclusive until 31 January, 2023 -- after this, any remaining spaces will be offered to those from other running clubs so please sign up soon to avoid missing out!
