INTERVAL TRAINING

Weekly speed sessions, offered at 6:30 or 7:45 PM Wednesday evenings.


DETAILS

Every Wednesday, our coaches lead interval sessions at Southwark Park Athletics Track. This 1 hour 15 min session includes warm-up, drills, approximately 45 minutes of interval running, and a cool down. The sessions are open to runners of all abilities, and you will always be grouped with runners of similar pace to make the session both challenging and enjoyable. We recommend that you are able to run a minimum of 5K continuously, at any pace, in order to enjoy this session. The same workout is run in both time slots, so please choose whichever is most convenient for you.

CANCELLATION

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. This means that any changes to your session, including rebooking, must be done before this point as unfortunately we will be unable to offer any refunds afterwards. We would strongly encourage you to rebook where possible in order to reduce admin on the team, as every refund must be processed manually.
