Yoga for Runners!
Yoga is a fantastic way to combat the stiffness that running and other sports can bring. This class focuses on postures that open the hips and stretch the hamstrings and quads and will improve your strength, flexibility, and range of motion. As well as helping to protect against injury, this improved hamstring flexibility will make running more efficient so you can run faster!
This is being hosted by Eloise, a certified yoga teacher and health coach. The class is for all abilities and is £15 each. Everyone is welcome to buy a ticket, there is no need to be a member of our club or even a runner!
The class will be held at 2pm in our venue after all the Sunday runners have gone. Please bring your own mat if you can. We will also try to source some mats if necessary though so just let us know if you need one.
